One should receive a Capital Punishment for Crimes like Rape and Murder

Thus, capital punishment is appropriate for both crimes, and it should be legalized in Canada for rape and murder. The whole reason for enforcing such punishment is to prevent more rapes and murders from reoccurring. Most of the people believe they haven't achieved the justice that they should've acquired.
